WHAT IS ROMANCE SELLS?
Sponsored by Romance Writers of America, Romance Sells is a 5.5” x 8.5” quarterly publication dedicated to promoting upcoming and newly published romance titles to 6,300 booksellers and librarians across the nation. The cover of Romance Sells is printed in full color. The advertisements are printed in black and white.
RWA members with an Eligible Novel or Eligible Novella are invited to take advantage of this powerful marketing tool. The cost to advertise is $200 per ad for each issue.
The process is simple. Choose from one of three design options for your full page ad. Provide your book cover or publicity photo and 250-word copy that includes a synopsis and other pertinent information to your book release. I’ll design the ad and send a proof for your review and approval. Click on Register Now above. You will be taken to an online registration form. There is an option to pay online using PayPal (there is a $10 convenience charge for this option), or you may mail a check to Corn Creative.
Registration is available the week following the previous issue’s release.
WHEN TO ADVERTISE
Booksellers and librarians will order titles up to six months prior to the release date. I recommend advertising in the issue that is published three to six months prior to your release. If your budget allows, advertise again in the issue closest to your release date. By doing so, you will capture the attention of those making last-minute purchases.
